BOOKING INFORMATION
Your booking time starts when you board the boat and finishes when you return to the pontoon.
Please arrive 20 minutes before departure for check-in, lifejacket fitting and the mandatory safety briefing.
If your charter is booked in advance, the confirmed booking price is guaranteed.
Should you decide to extend your trip during your charter (subject to availability and weather), additional hours are charged at 150% of the standard hourly rate.
If any passengers are under 13 years old, please let us know when booking so we can prepare correctly sized lifejackets.

Raspberry Watersports cannot accept responsibility for accommodation costs, travel expenses, loss of earnings or any other consequential costs arising from weather-related cancellations.
Passengers under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to board the vessel. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of everyone onboard.
